On the occasion of the Beethoven anniversary, the Cologne Opera, the Duisburg Philharmonic under the direction of Cecilia Castagneto and choreographer Emanuele Soavi with his ensemble incompany, consisting of 12 dancers and the electronic composers Wolfgang Voigt and Stefan Bohne, contunued their unusual collaboration with the project FLUT. Beethoven’s 7th symphony, the String Quartet No. 8 and a new electronic composition … a field of tension of contrasts between collective and individuality, instinct and functionality, utopia and reality arises in interaction with contemporary dance.
